Extended Warranty Information

     Most of our products are covered by the manufacturer for a period of one year from the date of installation. Coldspring Pumps, Inc. extends this warranty to a total of three years from the original installation date on most products installed by our service crews. This warranty covers new equipment installations and labor. In some cases, the labor to replace a warranted item may be pro-rated from date of installation. The determination of warranty applicability rests solely with Coldspring Pumps.

     The following conditions and limitations may apply:

• Warranties are valid only if the invoice is paid in full, prior to or on the original invoice due date.

• The warranty period is three years from the date of invoice.

• Warranties do not cover damage due to neglect, freezing, earth movement, power surges or lighting strikes.

• The warranty is limited to the actual installation and does not cover loss of use, excavation expenses or other extraneous expense.

• The warranty covers only parts and labor performed or installed by Coldspring Pumps, Inc.

• All warranty work must be performed by Coldspring Pumps. Inc.

• Routine maintenance, such as cleaning aerators or changing filters, is not covered.

• There is no warranty on filter cartridges and ultra-violet light bulbs.

• Travel time and travel expenses for non-ferry served islands is not covered.

• The warranty does not apply to temporary systems.

• The Grundfos MQ has a 2 year, parts only warranty. No labor coverage.
